Service terms
Every project begins with a written scope, price, deliverables and payment method so both sides know what is being approved.
Starting a project
We request a 50% advance after confirming the scope. The balance is covered before publishing or final delivery unless the written quote states otherwise.
Scope and changes
New content, integrations, payments, CRM, ongoing maintenance and changes outside the agreed page are quoted separately. Domain and standard hosting coverage for the first year apply only to the from-scratch offer as described on the website.
Conceptual demos
Project demos are conceptual samples. They are not real businesses, do not process purchases and do not promise patients, sales or other commercial outcomes.
